About PlatePlaya & support

PlatePlaya is a free walk-up music app for baseball and softball teams. It helps parents, coaches, and team DJs organize music and recorded introductions around a roster.

Who makes PlatePlaya?

PlatePlaya is developed by Matthew Wear, also known as Matt Wear. That is the developer behind the official store listings linked below.

Official downloads

• PlatePlaya on the App Store
• PlatePlaya on Google Play

PlatePlaya is free, with no ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or player limits. Music search provides short catalog previews; imported audio files are another option. A free app does not grant rights to every song.

Get help

Start with the setup and troubleshooting guides. For help, email plateplaya@gmail.com. Include your app version, phone model, and a short description of the problem. Do not send passwords or private team backups in an initial support email.

Privacy

Read the privacy policy for information about app and website data. Team backup files can contain names and recordings; keep them somewhere you control.

For leagues and team parents

You are welcome to link to our printable game-day checklist or setup guide from your team’s resources. They are practical preparation aids, not league rules.
