- Confirm the field’s music rules and who controls the speaker or PA.
- Check the roster, jersey numbers, and name pronunciations.
- Preview every player’s music and introduction.
- Check that the selected clips are appropriate for the team and audience.

- Charge the phone and speaker; pack the required cables, adapter, and power bank.
At the field
- Connect the speaker and check the actual audio output.
- Test a music clip, a recorded voice, stopping playback, and changing players.
- Set a comfortable volume and check voice clarity from the listening area.
- Confirm the batting order and mark absent players.
- Test under the network conditions you will use.
- Open Game Mode and verify the first player before pressing Play.
During and after the game
- Follow the actual batting order; stop audio when play is ready.
- Check phone and speaker battery levels between innings.
- Save an updated backup after changing the roster or recordings.
- If another parent takes over, explain which device and backup contain the current team.
This is a preparation aid, not a league rulebook. Follow your field’s instructions.
